Teacher Believes Jimmy Cheated On The Test, And She Knows How To Prove It

In class one day, Ms. Thompson pulled Jimmy over to her desk after a test, and said, โ€œJimmy, I have a feeling that you have been cheating on your tests.โ€

Jimmy was astounded and asked Ms. Thompson to prove it.

โ€œWell,โ€ said Ms. Thompson, โ€œI was looking over your test and the question was, โ€˜Who was our first president?โ€™ and the little girl that sits next to you, Penny, wrote โ€˜George Washington,โ€™ and so did you.โ€

โ€œSo? Everyone knows that he was the first president.โ€

โ€œNow, just wait a minute,โ€ said Ms. Thompson. โ€œThe next question was, โ€˜Who freed the slaves?โ€™ Penny put โ€˜Abraham Lincolnโ€™ and so did you.โ€

โ€œWell, I read the history book last night and I remembered that,โ€ said Jimmy.

โ€œWait, wait,โ€ said Ms. Thompson. โ€œThe next question was, โ€˜Who was president during the Louisiana Purchase?โ€™ Penny wrote โ€˜I donโ€™t know,โ€™ and you wrote, โ€˜Me neither.โ€™โ€

LOL! He probably thought he was going to get away with it too!

In this hilarious classroom anecdote, Ms. Thompson, the teacher, suspects Jimmy of cheating on his tests. However, she relies on some incriminating evidence to back up her claim.

โ€œJimmy, I have a feeling that you have been cheating on your tests,โ€ Ms. Thompson confronted him after a test.

Shocked by the accusation, Jimmy demands proof. But Ms. Thompson is ready to lay it all out.

As she reviews Jimmyโ€™s test, she points out, โ€œThe question was, โ€˜Who was our first president?โ€™ Penny, the girl who sits next to you, wrote โ€˜George Washington,โ€™ and so did you.โ€

Jimmy defends himself, stating that everyone knows George Washington was the first president.

Ms. Thompson isnโ€™t convinced. She continues, โ€œThe next question was, โ€˜Who freed the slaves?โ€™ Penny wrote โ€˜Abraham Lincoln,โ€™ and so did you.โ€

Jimmy, now trying to explain himself, proudly declares that he read the history book the night before and remembered the answer.

But Ms. Thompson isnโ€™t done. She reveals the final damning question, โ€œWho was president during the Louisiana Purchase?โ€ While Penny responded with โ€œI donโ€™t know,โ€ Jimmyโ€™s response was an equally revealing โ€œMe neither.โ€

Itโ€™s clear that Jimmy underestimated his teacherโ€™s keen eye and attention to detail. Will he ever try to cheat again? Weโ€™ll have to wait and see.
